Nope! Once we agree on your build, we handle sourcing all the parts for you. We find the best prices from trusted retailers and pass those savings on. You just tell us what you want — we take care of the rest.

Yes — as long as we haven't started ordering parts yet, we're happy to make changes. Just reach out to us via WhatsApp or email and we'll update your build. Once parts have been ordered, changes may be limited.

It depends entirely on the parts you choose. A solid budget build can start around €700–1,000, while a high-performance gaming or workstation PC can go up to €2,000+. We'll always give you a detailed quote before you commit to anything — no surprises.

Yes, there's a flat build fee that covers assembly, cable management, testing, and delivery. We keep it fair and transparent — we'll include it in your quote upfront.

We accept IBAN transfers (Santander, BBVA, etc.), Bizum, Revolut, and Wise. Payment details will be shared once your build is confirmed and you're happy with the quote.

From the moment you confirm your order, it typically takes about 1–2 weeks. That includes sourcing parts and arranging delivery (3–7 days depending on availability), building and testing (1–2 days), and delivery to you within 24 hours of completion.

We deliver directly to you in Segovia — right to your dorm, apartment, or wherever you need it. Delivery is included in the build fee.

All individual parts come with their manufacturer's warranty (typically 2–5 years depending on the component). On top of that, we offer free technical support for the life of your build — if something goes wrong, we'll help you fix it.

Contact us and we'll diagnose the issue. If it's a faulty part under warranty, we'll help you get it replaced through the manufacturer. If it's something we can fix ourselves, we'll sort it out — often at no extra charge. We don't disappear after the sale.

Absolutely. That's one of the best things about a custom build — it's designed to grow with you. Unlike most builders, we plan every build with future upgrades in mind from the start. Whether you want more RAM, a bigger SSD, or a better graphics card down the line, we can help you plan and install the upgrade.
